• Engage with an influential community where roughly 40% of attendees work outside traditional education—spanning tech, law, medicine, business, and public service.

Black Principals Network Eastern Regional Summit

October 9-10, 2026, Baltimore, MD

Black school leaders on the East Coast! BPN is hosting their Eastern Leadership Summit this year in Greater Baltimore, MD, October 9th-10th! This experience is designed for school leaders including Principals, Assistant Principals, District Leaders, and Superintendents who are ready to sharpen their practice, strengthen their teams, and sustain their leadership for the long haul. 2026 Black Men in Education Convening 

November 13-15, 2026, Philadelphia, PA

The 9th Annual Black Men in Education Convening (#BMEC2026 -- Rooted in History: Constructing the Next 100 Years of Education) is heading back to Philadelphia. Building on our success hosting the country's largest and most impactful gathering of Black male educators over the last eight years, we're proud to announce the planning for #BMEC2026 is well underway. #BMEC2026 is shaping up to be a transformative event, featuring dynamic speakers, interactive workshops, opportunities for professional growth and, as always, the ability to build friendships and community while fostering mentorship and strengthening networks.
