About Mini Grants
In October 2025, the Surge Alumni network reached a powerful milestone: expansion of the alumni network to more than 500 alumni across the Surge Fellowship, Surge Academy, and The Leadership Collaborative. To honor this achievement, the Surge National Alumni Committee (SNAC) launched our inaugural Mini Grant Program.
The Mini-Grant Program is designed to empower and engage Surge alumni directly. These Surge-provided grants are for alumni, selected by alumni, supporting creative projects, gatherings, and initiatives that strengthen our community, deepen our impact, and honor the brilliance of our growing network.
